Estimates
We will inspect your vehicle (at your place or ours), prepare a digital estimate, with picture, and send it electronically to your insurance company.
Repair Authority
We will then liaise on your behalf with the insurance company engineer and gain authority for the repairs to go ahead as quickly as possible.
Courtesy Car
Whilst your vehicle is being repaired we will provide you with a courtesy car to keep you on the road and ensure you have as little inconvenience as possible.
Collection & Delivery
If it is more convenient for you we can arrange to collect your car and take it to our premises.
