Storage Environment
Cars are securely stored indoors ensuring a stable 60% relative humidity. This controlled environment combats moisture related issues such as mould and rust.
The storage site is inherently secure – a gated compound and located on the first floor of an occupied business. Security is reinforced by a professionally monitored alarm system. There is also 24 x 7 CCTV surveillance covering the entire premises
Vehicle Maintenance
We provide proactive care for your car throughout its storage. Each vehicle is connected to a suitable CTEK charger to maintain battery health, tyres are overinflated to prevent flat spots, and fluid levels are routinely checked for leaks

Arrival
Upon arrival, each vehicle is inspected and photographed in the customer’s presence to document its condition before storage. Mileage is also recorded.
We request all vehicles be clean before being placed into storage.
Location
We are based in Surrey south west London, 5 minutes from the A3 and a further 2 minutes from the M25 junction 10.
Insurance
Customers must fully insure their vehicle whilst with us.
We recommend you inform your insurance company that your vehicle is being stored with us
Charges
We ask customers to pay for their storage monthly in advance by standing order.
The first payment is calculated on a pro-rata basis (i.e., if you start storage on the 15 January you will only be charged for the period from the 15th to 31st January).
After the minimum term storage continues on a monthly rolling basis and can be cancelled at any time with one calendar month notice.
